Form Builder Not Sending Emails

Hello, I'm using the Form Builder addon of SP Page Builder v5.7.0 to create a data submission form. However, I'm currently unable to send notification emails. There's no success or failure message displayed after form submission.
Template: Babycare Url error: Home & Contact
I’ve already configured the email server correctly and tested email sending from the website successfully.
Could you please help me with this issue?

Accepted AnswerIt seems like you didn't quite understand what I meant. I have configured everything correctly according to the instructions. However, when I click the Submit button, the success message for sending the email does not appear. I’m not sure what the issue is. Could you please check this for me?
