Contact Form Not Sending Information Correctly

Hello,

I build a contact form with SPB. The e-mail ist send, but neither the first/last name nore the message text ist transmitted.

See attached image.

I checked the Sytem E-Mail configuration. It's working.

Hello,

Please ensure that the field names in each form field match exactly with those in the email body and headers (e.g., first-name and last-name). If they do not match, your data may be lost.

Additionally, check whether the email recipient and the “from” email are correctly provided. Please avoid using multiple email addresses in the recipient field by separating them with commas. This functionality is currently not working, but we are actively working on resolving it.
