Contact Form Sending Issue

Hi,
I cannot follow your explination on the documentation for the contact forms. Mine were working and now they are not after a few updates.
The issues are on the Contact page & Sails/Servicing . I don't get a popup message when emails have sent. They also do not send. It is c onfusing on the email entries,
Recipient email = My clients emails that wil lrecieve the comepleted form? From Email = my-email ??

Accepted AnswerOK it is working now, but can you please explain the emails fields to me. I have two emails for my client and put two different ones int he above boxes.
