Cause, customization support is fully prohibited from our support policy. If you want to use custom HTML code then you can try our Raw HTMl addon.

We found the way to do it by adding the CSS to the custom code at the template.

Modal popup has it's own CSS as other addons but does not apply it, we were able to do in others addons like raw html.

The problem was that raw html cannot be used as modal popup.

Anyways modal popup CSS is not applied. We had to go and set the CSS at the CustomCSS on the template.

Yes, we found the only way to do it is by using custom CSS on the site template, that will affedt all the site.

By the way we did used the same method to style others addons and worked Ok (by modifying the CSS inside the addon, not at the site template).

Asking more and more will not solve the issue.

I told several times we made it work by modifying the custom CSS at the template custom CSS. So for now is solved for us.

BUT custom CSS is not working for the modal poput addon. Addson, have their Custom CSS.

So we are reporting this last. Let me know if we need to send you screenshots of what are we taking about, cause we are just trying to cooperate informing of things that are NOT working, is not our intention bothering you.

Very, very bad idea to use addon's CSS field for production. This field is suitable only for a quick fitting code, and after that transferring it to the custom.css file. The entire code located in this field falls directly to the page inside the HTML code. What gives an invalid and dirty code. Therefore, your problem simply makes no sense to solve. The best place for your code is the custom.css file

Thanks for your response. I just were informing this feature does not work, since the beggining of the ticket, but also reporting we did solved it by using custom CSS at the template.

Woudl be very nice you have this info (is for testing code only) at your documentation (maybe you have already).
