Frontend Editor Not Available

Dear Support,
Please help me, I can't use the Frontend editor
My license is correct and will add the domain to my joomshaper account, but when I clicked the Frontend editor button, I got a message on the preview page: You are not authorized to view this resource.

Sorry for the inconvenience! Would you please give me a screenshot of that page to visualise things?
Did you login again on the frontend when the login form appears?
Actually you need to login both backend and frontend with your same joomla admin credentials.
