All Pages built in SP Page Builder are stored in a single table: PREFIX_sppagebuilder It means that from database backup you can extract Page content from table prefix_sppagebuilder. You can use "Pork" word in search field too, it would be even faster to find pages to delete.

Yes, even if you delete page - it still should be in the database. So you can restore or at least copy content from it and paste inside new created page.

Of coure you can also ask hosting support to give you access to database backup from where you can restore deleted page as well. There is always a way to "back the time". I hope we both helped and gave you hope.
