Hi,
yes, it's possible by using custom CSS, but not always recommended.
Not all people have big screen on their phones and it would be hard to read news preview.
But if you have such a wish... this custom CSS should help:
@media (max-width: 640px) {
.blog .col-lg-3 {width: 50%;}
}

In genaral we don't teach CSS here. As webmaster you should know the basics and Support Policy.
Just add padding value:
padding-left: 5px;
padding-right: 5px; etc.
