Off-canvas Menu (change Icon =, Eject Effect And Darken, Width Off-canvas And Mix-blend Mode)

Hi, I am doing modifications "Helix Ultimate Template" according to their ideas and I would need advice:
- I would like to change the Hamburger Icony design after opening. I don't want x but to remain in the form "=". I can't find it in PHP.
- Is it possible to prevent the eject effect of the menu and darken page through CSS?
- Menu width is via "$ offcanvas_width;" in PHP. Where could I find a value. I want to extend the menu.
- Can be used for Hamburger Icon CSS Code: "Mix-Blend-Mode: Difference"?
