Images With .jpeg Extension Doesn't Work

Hi One of my customers uploads pictures directly from his iPhone via JCE File Browser. The pictures from the iPhone have the extension .jpeg instead of .jpg. Unfortunately, these images are not displayed in SP Pagebuilder's own image browser. (BTW it works in JCE Filebrowser and Smartslider 3 own Browser).

Is there a Fix or a Workaround for that? Is there a setting in the iPhone in the iPhone to force the .jpg Extension istead of .jpeg?

Hello

Thank you for your query and apologies for the inconvenience. From the iPhone, you can try a workaround. You can go to iOS Settings and swipe down to Camera. Tap Formats Tap Most Compatible to set the default photo format to JPG.
