Carousel Pro - Autoplay Stops When Hovered

Hello, The Carousel Pro autoplay stops when mouse hovers over. I want the carousel to roll all the time. I see there was a similar case with the Corousel 11 months ago, where you sent a new site file. Would it be possible for me to receive a new site file for the Carousel Pro?

Thanks for contacting us. Please go to this location: templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/sppagebuilder/addons/carouselpro and place the site.php file attached here. You need to unzip the file and then replace. If you do not find the above directory, then please create the sppagebuilder/addons/carouselpro folders and place site.php file there. Then it will not be overridden with SP Page Builder update.

Does this same update apply to the latest version of SPPB and Carousel Pro? The directory you are referencing doesnt house that file any more...that php file now exists in the components folder for SPPB. Thanks

Accepted AnswerI have checked the post and talked to the developer team. Unfortunately, this option is not available in current version. I will ask them to add this option to Carousel addons.
For now, you can use Slideshow addon. It has Pause On Hover option built-in.
