Unable To Add A New Page

I'm having an issue with sp page builder pro 3.8.3. I'm unable to add a new page yet when I click the save button it says it's beeen saved but then when I click the preview it throws a 403 error you are not autorized to view this resource and no ID is displayed in the URL so that means the page has not been saved.

I am using the Helix 3 Template and framework 3.0.2.

The Website is working now. I'm now able to add new pages.

If I may...

Before page Save&Close check its Access settings, error 403 in most cases means that it's assigned for Register group and it's for logged users only. Public is recommended for typical use.
