Unable To Create New Pages Or Add Layouts In SP Page Builder

I am experiencing a serious issue with SP Page Builder. I am unable to create new pages — the system returns the error “Failed creating the page.”

Additionally, when I try to add any layout to an existing page, I receive the message “Invalid license key.”

My license key is active, and the website is functioning normally otherwise. Could you please explain why this is happening and how I can resolve it? At the moment, I cannot create or edit pages at all.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The issue was caused by an outdated SP Page Builder database structure. I've run the database update and the "Failed creating the page" error is now fixed. You should be able to create new pages normally.
