UNIE Template, Where do I find the switch where I can set the upper banner (header with menu etc) not beeing sticky on scroll?

In that case, use this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

@media (max-width: 425px){
    #sp-header{
        position: absolute !important;
    }

Thank you, it works for both Desktop and mobile Version

But I would like to have it only for Mobile not beeing sticky

in desktop its okay.

(problem: if people turn their phone, the sticky header on mobile is too big) Thats why I wouldnt like to have it on mobile. In desktop I would like to have
