Templates Not Appearing In SP Page Builder

All,
I'm new to Joomla but not CMS's. I purchased the Floox template, yesterday along with the SP Page Builder Pro. Installed things in what I thought was the right order, but SP Page Builder doesn't have any of the Floox template in it. I can see the Floox template in the general Joomla Templates section.
Aren't they supposed to be working together? If so what have I configured incorrectly?

Thank you for your query.
Have you downloaded the Quickstart version? Inside the QuickStart package, there is a full version of SP Page Builder Pro already installed. But depending on the membership plan you purchased, you can or cannot update or download SP Page Builder Pro separately, in which case you need to add your credentials on the Joomla backend to get the update.
Could you kindly specify a bit more? SP Page builder will not have the components of Floox template. Can you share your administrative access? Use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials.
