Why Sp Pagebuilder Files are In Other Templates?

For some pages I use yootheme tempalates and after latest update i noticed that SP PB 5.4.0 js and css files are in all pages even tey are not related.
Why these files are inserted in all pages and how to stop it?
there is many files wich should not be on pages like animate, paralax, custom ikons from sppb and so on. It was not so before it come with latest update. They are loaded by System - SP PageBuilder plugin. I disabled it but i do not know how it affects sp pb pages.

Accepted AnswerI cannot share access to admin and i do not see how it would help. Just write developers sothey fix this problem
