a bunch of days ago you released pagebuilder 6.7.0 ok, again update all my websites. now i have a mail that urge to update to 6.7.1 for security vulnerabilities fix. ok, again update all my websites.
Is it possible when you launch a new version of pagebuilder to have one deep check about security before release it?

good. now you only have to implement this specific process:
every release goes through testing before it is published. AND responsible security research or additional internal audits. before release a new version.

What about websites that still have 3.8.10? will you release a fix?
I know this is end of support but i still have some websites with this version and in Joomla 3. For joomla 3 i can only go to 5.4.6. So if i can go to 5.4.6 i will have a patch, right?

The security update for the Joomla 3 compatible version is expected to be available tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.
If you are using SP Page Builder v4 or v5, we recommend updating to the latest available version for your Joomla installation as soon as the security update is released. Also, don't forget to keep your Joomla installation up to date.
Note: Before performing any updates, please make sure to create a full backup of your website.

Accepted AnswerI'm sorry didn't undestand... Page Builder 3.8.10 is not the latest version compatible with joomla 3. But will you release a patch for this version? Or do you mean that will be a patch for version 5.4.6 that is the latest compatible with Joomla 3?

Accepted AnswerThis makes no sense at all. I tried upgrading SP Page Builder from version 3.8.10 to 5.3.2 and the website now looks completely different. There is a huge amount of work needed to fix everything. The font sizes changed, the page layout widened, the header became larger, “Tags” are now displayed on every article, the image sizes inside articles no longer match, and so on…

www.sunja.hr is running SP Page Builder 3.8.10, while nova.sunja.hr is running SP Page Builder 6.7.1.
Who is going to pay me for the countless hours of daily upgrades across dozens of websites and fix layout? How am I supposed to explain to clients what I’m constantly doing and why they have to pay for it?
Please release security patches for all versions, because I am running SP Page Builder 3.8.10 on Joomla 5 and upgrading is not an option for me. And that is just one of many websites.

Accepted Answerthanks, I know how to switch on or off tags. ;-) it is ok if you have one web site, everything can technically be adjusted. but these are hours of work that you simply cannot charge to the client. With every security update, I end up spending hours reconfiguring the template, layout, images, fonts, and everything else.

To help minimise issues, we recommend keeping both Joomla and SP Page Builder up to date as part of your regular maintenance process. This ensures you receive the latest security updates, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements.
To fix the width issue follow the instruction
Page Builder settings > set container width
