Saving Pages Very Slow Since I Installed SP Page Builder 3.8.3 This Morning

Very strange... Since this morning, saving a page takes between 3 an 4 minutes, while it took between 3 and 4 seconds until yesterday. I checked everything I could on my side and could not find anything.

So I contacted my provider, providing him credentials to test from their end. They have exactly the same problem.

Here is what is happening:

Everything works normally, when it comes to open pages, and work on them. When I save the page, it goes wrong. At least, it takes a very very looooong time to finish.

According to my provider who hosts my site, the system produces a huge amount of securith warnings when a page is saved. This looks like it is the problem.

So, I guess you are the only one who can help me...

Thanks for you reply. I use the version 8.0 of PHP and in my opinion all technical requirements are met. Last version Joomla, all extension to the latest version. Are there specific requirements for SP PageBuilder 3.8.3?

I do not intend to disable all third party extensions using the try and error method.... It costed me enough time to get them all working together that I do not want to take this risk.

I have disabled ModSecurity, and it is a bit faster now (35 seconds vs 4 minutes 35). But of course this is far from being satisfying. All plugins named Acymailing are disabled (should I uninstall them completely...?). But again everything worked until yesterday morning. Is there a way to go back to a situation where all was working? In other words, can I go back to a version of SP Pagebuilder prior to 3.8.3?

Hello

Thank you for your query. Could you please mention your PHP version? Also, please re-check if the technical requirements are met. Please try to disable all third party extensions and of course you need to disable the mod_security from your cpanel. You can also try deleting any addons that you don't use anymore or deinstall acymailing. An incompatible plugin might also cause a problem, please try to disable them one by one. You have to empty your cache of Joomla.

If the issue still persists, could you please share your administrative access? Kindly use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials.
