Start Video Automatically When Visting The Side

Hello,

can you help me to solve the following problem? On this site (https://www.fmf-agent.at/) is a video. I want that the video to automatically starts when a visitor enters the website. I already turned on autoplay, but this did not work out. However, when I am logged in as an administrator and I visit the website the video automatically starts. I want this for all visitors.

Please help me.
