Hello there :) Is it possible to merge cells inside the row? Just like the sketch below.

Yes it is possible. Kindly check the screenshot below. You need to increase the column span number. When you are in row 6 and you add the column/item "a" - increase the span number to take rest of the row space.

Accepted AnswerIn this case: Disable header by toggling this button "Turn Off Header". Then add two row items. In row1 add two item - for first one increase the row span number to 2 and increase column span for the other one. In row2 add three items in normal way.
