Thank you for your query.
Yes it is possible. Kindly check the screenshot below. You need to increase the column span number. When you are in row 6 and you add the column/item "a" - increase the span number to take rest of the row space.

In this case: Disable header by toggling this button "Turn Off Header". Then add two row items. In row1 add two item - for first one increase the row span number to 2 and increase column span for the other one. In row2 add three items in normal way.
