It's not a specific page related question - it's the same no matter where the tables are used.

In many cases it is preferable to have the row content aligned at the top of the row, instead of middle aligned (as is the only option I can find).

But open your own"Sandbox page" i SPPB (I bet you have one) and insert a TABLE from the "sections library" - and I'm pretty sure you'll be able to see what I mean :)
