Can You Help With SPB Updates ?

Can somebody hlp me resolve the issues with the SPB updates not running on my 3 sites. The only version that works is CPB v3.8.1
Versions 3.82 and 3.8.3 cause the entire Tab where the license is entered disappear so the entire extension sees SPB as DEMO and I have no access to almost enything. All Field oblejcts on the SPB panel (on the left) have orange tag and I cannot drag them.
I am running J4 and PHP 8.04 ------ it it possibly the php version ?
When I revert to sPB 3.8.1 everything works OK but then I am missing all SPB changes.... etc.

this is how the SP panel looks like after update to 3.8.3 Not olny this but also several template settings are lost and the pages look very different. Images are gone, overlays are gone etc. TOTAL MESS !!!

Accepted AnswerHello. Try to remove completely. Then download the latest version from the official site (3.8.3) and install it. Must work. I also had. And of course install the license key.

Accepted AnswerRight now the PHP 8 is not compatible. You can use PHP 7.4 version.
Lets see how custom color and variable works
If you choose a color for link color then the color assign inside a variable like
link_color
This link color variable called into a scss file which is compile a css file (tempate.css)
You have first security option and I don't have that credential
You are using a free version of page builder. Download manually the page builder pro and install on your site.

I have already explained to you - I CANNOT USE PHP 7+ and you should not even mention this ! I have several extension which DO NOT WORK WITH PHP 7+ I also told you that PHP 7 will not be supportted and abandoned by the end of this year, so please forget about this. It is like asking somebody who has problem with the car to switch to motorcycle. IT makes no sense.
NOW - is SPB v3.8.1 works with PHP8 why new version does not ? It would be completely illogical !

It works PHP 7.4 and it doesn't work PHP 8

Accepted AnswerThere is no page on your website where it where it says PHP7.4 is required ! Even if this is true, then why version 3.8.1 works fine ? what code have you added to not to be compatible with PHP8 ? It absolutely makes no sense, because at the end of the year your code will simply be completely obsolete. this is like walking backwards !
NOW ! I suspected you are wrong about PHP version and now I can prove it. I switched back to PHP 7.4 , cleared CACHE and browser cookies. I reopened back end of the site and got into the same problem. The netire section with the Serial Key is missing so the SPB works as DEMO !
I do not know how long are we going to play this Ping-Pong gane but I am totally frustrated with this. I have Helix+SPB installed on 3 websites running Joomla-4 and there is exactly the same problem on all of them.

Already i have replied your another forum post about Helix Ultimate color issue and it work fine. If you want to check page builder 3.8.3 you can check. Cause, it works fine. If you tell me what is exactly doesn't work and unblock my ip to check your site. Thanks
