Form Sends Message But As {message} Instead Of The Text

Hello,

I have the problem that the form I installed via SP Page Builder sends the email with all informations (email, contact name, why written) but instead of the written information of the sender, there always is {message} written in my received emails. What I have to do, to see the text?
