Helix | After Update: False Breakpoints On Mobile, Tablet And Smaller Desktop Versions

Hello! I'm using the Helix-Template and after the last update I'm experiencing serious troubles with the breakpoints of the templates. Please find some screenshots attached. On every website that runs with Helix the logo and the hamburger menu are not displayed correctly.
It seems as there are sm/xs-instructions missing: Using firebug and adding e.g. col-xs-8 and col-xs-4 it's working. Helix seems to use the col-settings for the desktop version.
