Hi, can you please let me know, how I can change the "Rhythm" text left above on all pages. I am using the Rhythm template with the demo content and want to change this with my logo or another Text of my company. Thanks a lot

Please follow this documentation and change the logo in the Template Options -> Basic -> Logo section.
