Submenu is Not Displayed

Hello, I have a problem with the submenu. No entry is displayed, although everything is set correctly in my opinion.
I use Joomla 4 with Helix Ultimate and SP Pagebuilder.
Can someone take a look? Thank you!
Another problem is that on the start page the color of the menu is correctly blue. When I click on the "Verein" page is it a different blue?
