Hi, please install PRO version. It seems that you have Lite version installed somehow.

Download and reinstall PRO component. Then clear browser cache. ANd will be fixed in less than 90sec. Relax. Don't kill me with the bad worlds.

Paul ! I understand people make mistakes, but what bothers me that they other guy from your team keeps argueing with me about PHP version, while the problems was exactly as you suspected (and I did not).

It is not "somehow". IT IS RHAR JOOMLA UPDATE INSTALLS WRONG GILES and one of you had to configure it incorrectly. I use Joomla for 20 years and this have never happened to me,... never, but,... well,... we are only humans...

SPB update procedure installs the DEMO version. PERIOD I would not expect your developers make such a basic mistake !

What bothers me that some other guy wasted a week of my time arguing with me about the PHP version, stating that SPB will not work with PHP-8, so some of your fellow supporters really do not know what they doing.

Just because of that I wasted ton of time again,... and that is not good (and it is obviously not your fault).

I want to thank you however for pointing this out. I downloaded the installation ZIP from the site and it all worked. Now JOOMSHAPER developers need to learn from mistakes and

  1. fix the problem
  2. do not make this mistake again,

because it costs others lots of hair pulled out of their heads ! It is also frustrating for people like you.

OO, at least this is resolved. Thank you for your time ;-)

Life is too short to frustrating on software. I understand that after damaging two PC keyboards. But I agree with you.

Have a nice day.
