Zoom Images In Product

Hi,

How could the customer see the enlarged product photo? Is there any option to do this within the product window itself?

The help docs of EasyStore needs to improve and add information as is, to avoid consulting the forums.

regards

Hello Isabel,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

When adding products, please ensure you upload clear, high-quality, and slightly larger photos on your products images. Additionally, include multiple images in the Product Images option. This will allow users to zoom in and view the product details more effectively.

Also, go to your SP Page Builder > Single Product Page and edit it. Locate the Thumbnail option and enable Open in Lightbox to enhance the product viewing experience.

Is there anything else I can assist you with?

Thank you,

Hello Ziaul,

Also, I would like to know how to fix the fact that when the customer clicks on the large product photo with the mouse, the photo is zoomed into the image area, and not on a lightbox or popup. How can I fix this?

Another error I have detected is, that when you enter inside the large image (mouseover), the mouse icon to zoom in on the image does not appear either. It only appears in a small area to the very left of the photo, but if you do not move the mouse over there, the Zoom icon does not appear.

Any idea for solved it?

Best regards

Hello,

I reviewed the single product page preview options, and it appears the issue originates from the database. To resolve this, I need access to your database.

Additionally, your other issue can be resolved by following the steps shown in the screenshot. Please apply the provided CSS as included.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance.

Hello,

Thanks for the support.

The problem with the magnifying glass when the mouse enters the image is solved. Although I wished that there was no need to click to enlarge the image, but that when the mouse over occurs on the large image, it would enlarge, but always within the limits of the image itself. (This is very common in many online stores). Please tell me if this option is in development, or if we can solve it in some way.

Check this site, to see what I mean, go down to the Internal zoom option:

Zoom inside the image by setting the zoomPosition parameter to inner value https://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoomplus/integration/#size

https://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoom/ (this is a good option) scroll down a lite to see my idea.

On the basis of the data to solve the other problem, I leave the data in private.

I await news.

Hello Isabel,

Thank you for your reply. Regarding your request for the zooming effect feature, it has already been added to our request list. Once our management decides on this, we will begin working on it. Hopefully, you will be notified about this feature soon.

Additionally, please check the screenshots provided. We are unable to log in to your database.

Thanks

Hello,

How are you trying to access the database? With any specific software, or in what way? Because if you access it with database management software, it accesses perfectly.

What do you need to modify in the database? Is it error 1064? If it is because of that, I have solved it using modsecurity.
