Hello I bought DECORA Template + SP builder pro I would like to know how to modify the page "project", especially the sentence "Featured running project" I don't find it on SP builder pages nor in SP simple portfolio. Can you help me ? Faithfully

You can modity the text within the 'Page Title' tab of your Project menu item edit window. Here are sample screenshots:
