Page Builder Error Version 3.8.3

I am using the full version of PB 3.8.3 and I cannot create or save any modules with the PB. I.e. whenever I save the module, the complete content is gone. Sometimes it works to save the module 1 or 2 times, but the next time the content is not saved. In addition, the Gallery add-on only works with full width and not when I create 3 + 8 columns, here the images are distorted despite correct size specification and only displayed smaller. Database is possible only through the interface of the hoster and not directly. I hope you can solve the problem without database access, if not, please report again, thanks
