Cant Edit Tablet Mode Anymore PLZ HELP... Client is Mad

Hey there, I am setting up a client page at the moment. And all over sudden I noticed that I cant edit Tablet view anymore. No matter what I do there is no reaction to the inputs from the editor fields, but only for tablet view. Desktop and mobile are working.
There are a few extensions on the page as 404sef and JCH Optimize, but its non related to that I think. With JCE off and 404sef deactivated problem is still there, and it has been before I installed 404sef. Could you have a look over the page and tell me where the problem is?

P.S. looked up another page of mine on another host with same pagebuilder version ... same problem there.... think it has something to do with the builder itself

Accepted AnswerFound out that the tablet mode works, there is just no preview anymore within the builder, very annoying to switch screens all the time.

Accepted Answersame issue try to change image width no interaction but will show change in border rounding. other isseus as well. Also will some times not change anything on the page on live view
