Hello. I use the FINION template with the Pagebuilder on Joomla 3.x The following problem: When I create an article and don't use the PB for it, this article is not displayed. There is only the loading display. Where is the error? The same problem exists in the blog.

Regards Tom

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

Note: Remove custom javascript code from your template manager and check again.

-Thanks

Thanks, but ... I have removed Javascript. The articles now refer to a 404 page and the article is not found. :-(

I have the same problem. Links to articles give 404 error unless I have a menu item for the article. This has never been a problem on other sites. strange and very tedious.

Hi. Publish a category to which article belongs. It works so in Joomla in general.

Surely, on your sites on which there is no problem with this, the category is published.

Hi. I have removed Javascript from the Helix. Even the direct link via a menu item resulted in a queue. The article now has a menu entry, a category and should be accessible in principle. So it's not the javascript and it shouldn't be, otherwise the area in the framework would also be useless. Question: Where is the error?

That is correct, but the addon is yours. Further down the page - hidden - is an addon for the articles. This always leads to the error page and not to the articles. The same applies to the module "Blog Content Top Article Scroller", which also always leads to the error page. In the meantime, however, I can link directly to an article via a menu item without getting to an error page.
