Add Field To Opt-in Form

Hi there,
one of my customers has an opt-in-form on the front page as a subscription tool for newsletters. This form is connected to Mailchimp. Problem is, the list he uses there has first name and last name (of the subscriber) as fields. The opt-in form, however, only offers "name", without the possibility to add extra fields. I could edit the script and add an extra field. Where can I find it?

Here: components\com_sppagebuilder\addons\optin_form
- site.php - display front-end view, generated code
- admin.php - is for addon settings
You can override that addon inside template, to not to lose php changes after SPPB update. More in SPPB documenation in How to do section. Now is your turn.
