Hi,

I know JEvents is not a Joomshaper extension but they say an error is down to the ultimate template.

We have a JEvents calendar with hundreds of entries so not easy to switch. We cannot edit from the FRONT END which is important as we don't wan't users in back end.

Editing boxes in JEvents appear but are greyed out. We suspected Javascript or Bootstrap issue but have tried some fixes with no avail. However this only happens in Ultimate. In default Joomla and other templates eveything is fine.

JEvents say they can't help because the error only occurs in Ultimate template and "templates should be compatible with the Joomla! Core Library."

Any suggestions very much appreciated.
