Hi,

Go to Template Options - Blog - Image Sizes - Enable Thumbnail Image: OFF - Save

Then upload that image again, change filename a little bit before upload.

Probably your template don't have it somehow, but most Helix3 template have it.

Can you share access, I will try to add it - to change settings
