HTML5 AddOn Dont Work

hello everybody.
we have 2 websites, both made with Helix Ultimate and Pagebuilder.
The first one ist our own agency website www.dsn71.com and the other is https://www.pure-white-food.de/
On the startpage of dsn71 we put two scripts from elfsight via Pagebuilder HTML5 Add-On and it works fine. One is Instagram Feed and the other Google Ratings .
We put the same (Instagram, Google Rating) scripts into pure white webpage. but they wont shown on the startpage. I tried to find a solution. Deleted all custom CSS in Pure White Website to check if this is the problem. Nothing happend.
We put the elfsight s cript also into http://fcwilmersdorf.de/ and there it works also fine. It´s just a problem on pure-white-food.
Can you please help me?

Raw HTML addon is/was only for raw HTML code,
but if you have RSFirewall it may damage all iframe and script code used by you on the website, it's a very popular issue.
Just check RSJoomla documentation, even we mentioned about this in Helix documentation.
I am more than sure that you have this same case.
UPDATE
Checked your page sourcecode and indeed I have right.
Private advice as user of firewall, add your all IP used by you and client to RSFirewall white list and correct code. And as I you see SP Page Builder addon is fully OK also this time.
