I have made a tutorial on How to setup Instagram Gallery Addon. Please follow the additional steps in the description too. You may also follow this forum solution about this issue. It will be solved. I have checked with my access token and it works.

I already did this and everything was working from several months. and one day, does not work anymore. why?

for info I saw you have enabled instagram addon with your own account. I have hidden it because this is a PRODUCTION website, so you cannot leave a bloc enabled like this with your account, this is not professionnal.

you can do some tests of course, to try debug, but when done please hidden what you did.

The solution is given below:

1. Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps
2. On your app, go to Facebook Login -> Settings
3. Add Valid OAuth Redirect URIs
4. Now in SP Page Builder settings, generate Access Token

Even If I did this configuration, we have often problems with instagram addon. images are not displayed and we have to login on webiste, edit the page and validate again the addon. then images are back.

Apology for the inconvenience. We have not received such feedback for the addon. We will review the addon on the next release.

After studying the case, I have found that the token needs to be regenerated after 60 days. It might be causing your issue.

yes you're right, the token has to be refreshed every 60 days, this is a facebook limitation.

but sometimes, even If the 2 months limit has not been reached, images failed.
