Error Instagram Acces Token

Hello everyone, i have a error when i clic in Global Configuration -> Sp Page Builder Pro -> Instagram Access Token -> Generate Access Token.
Appears a Pop up facebook page whit this error in the following nex web link you can see:

Anyone can help me to fix it please is urgent
