sorry to say, but i found a similar post from years before and tried it like this but it doesn't solve my problem as well - therefor i wrote this topic here.

In your video at 5:05 you are getting to a step where i can't go - because i am getting an error the page before ... where i should login to FB ... there I am getting the "Sorry something went wrong" error and I only can click on "back" to came back to our FB Site (normally logged in)

In SP Page Builder I can click SAVE then but nothing happens - no token was generated.

I tried so untick the FB & Insta connection to do it again, and come back to the same result again.

On my webpage I am getting in the Instagram Gallery Addon Modul then "No item found! Please make sure that your Instagram User ID and Access Token is correct"

why is it that hard to connect to Insta needing an stupid FB App to get it done ?!

Would you please be so kind and try it with new Joomla 5 and SPPageBuilder 5.1.8 to get it ready ? I think there's somewhere a bug, otherwise I can't imagine why it shouldn't work as told in your video.

I have checked it with my access and it is working fine. Maybe your app set up is not correct. Please check that your app is in development mode. Then strictly follow my tutorial.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I created a new app in FB and checked each step twice in your video documentation - but it all times says that the same error message when i try to get the Insta Token in SP Page Builder Settings.

New FB App is in development mode , App-Typ: Business , App-ID (down in hidden box)

Hi Ofi,

thank you so much... that did the trick - i didn't reset the Redirect URI to the new app...

i had to insert the FB Business Login to my app and then set the correct redirect URI

https://your-domain.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=instagram.accessToken

and then tick the "Embedded Browser OAuth Login" - then i got the right access to create the nessacary token for my page.

@Ofi - would you be here - I would spend you some liters of cold beer :)
