How To Disable "all" At UI Filter Galery

I need it to present bloog articles in a nice way

The problem is that All tab shows sum of all pictures from other tabs and I can not limit the number so its have bad influence on page layout Easies way to solve it is to desable default All tab so on others I can limit no of items

Please suggest solution or where I should look for code change

In section Offering Best Cleaning Services we have UI Gird or UI Galery

Celaner services tab sumarizes all services from other tab and tere are no way to influence number of presented items - its just present all elements from other tabs I want to disable this All tab because for other tabs I can decide how many elements I want to present by assiging Tag Field
