Can't Save An Iframe In The Raw Html Addon

Hi,

Have have been struggling to save iframes into the raw html addon. Every time I add the code, the save button just spools. I have looked at your documentation and previous forum posts but can't find any answers.

I have tried to add code from a variety of sources, but one of the main ones is the UK government's Statistics Office (ONS).

I have added the details in the private section - can you help me figure out what the problem is?

Many thanks

Probably loaded code makes this problem, not Raw HTML addon itself.

In that case:

  1. Find & Download: HDAnyCode module
  2. Put your iframe code inside, make sure it's W3C validated
  3. Publish module in sppagebuilder position
  4. Then use that module inside Module addon
  5. No problems, I promise

Hi Charles,

do you have RSfirewall component installed, it damage iframe code by default.

On your site that iframe is displaying OK, at least now. We didn't change anything in Raw HTML addon as I know.
You are telling me that you cannot edit that page anymore even thru Back-end editor? what error is there?

Hi Paul,

No, we don't have RSfirewall installed.

Yes, the iframe displays fine, but now I can't edit and save the page.

Whether I am in the front-end or back-end editor, when I try to save the page it just spools and won't save. I created a copy page, without the raw html add on, and that saves pefectly, so it must be the raw html add on which is causing the problem.

Thanks
