Does Helix have the ability to use animations like available in Page Builder? I would like to use them on rows, but I can't use Page Builder on this project. Thanks

Hi

There is no default option like this on Helix. You have to customize it yourself as we do not provide the customization support. But I will note it down in our feature request list.
