Disable Extract Large Text That has The Strong Tag, Reduce Font Size Of Article Title

how to reduce font size of article title? We try to change the Typograhy tab's Hx font sizes but has no effect.

The articles contains some keywords that have the "Strong" tag, these keywords show in extra large font. How can we disable that?

can you post the code since we are not sure what class path is and where to put the custom.css.
