Thanks for the access. I have added !important after the box-shadow property value. Please check it now.

I have not found this issue with SP Page Builder 4 Alpha 4. Please install and test it again. Also clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

Custom CSS #addonId .sppb-form-control { box-shadow: 0 0 20px red;}
tested on another PC.
Joomla4, Helix Ultimate, SP Page Builder V3 and tested on SP Page Builder V4
It all doesn't work on Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
In Firefox the web developer ( shift+ctrl+i ) sees something strange.

Thanks for the explanation. What is the template version of Helix Ultimate? Have you added any Custom CSS?
