I enrolled backup now. But what remains is the feeling that your updates habe too many errors and that is not the first time. I dont know what to do now with updates.......

Hi there!

Sorry for your experience.

What you have updated, please? The Helix Ultimate? From which version you have updated, actually?

Yes, as Alison said, sometimes only hard reload andr/or cache cleaning of Joomla and Browser does solves the issue for you:)

Sometimes you need to toggle compile SCSS to CSS, JS and CSS compression options + clear cache each time also.

But we are really sorry for your experience and thanks for your appericiation!

Best Regards

Now my client comes up with this change: https://prnt.sc/jSwg-K9WbNyT (desktop main menu falls a line down and logo is is still desktop logo- too big/design breaks)

In custom.css I defined mobile view with this: @media (min-width: 320px) and (max-width: 1250px) { but still it shows desktop view... what has gotten wrong?
