sp page builder off canvas toggler not showing in mobile

Hallo,
on Joomla3 site with SP Page Builder Pro the Off Canvas menu toggler does not show in mobile view (only shows on desktop and tablet view) and it does show with Mega Menu & Off Canvas
and
as soon as I publish the menu in the offcanvas position the site only shows a blanc page.
I am using Joomla3.10 - I tried with Helix 3 v3.0.5 as well as v2.5.8 - template: lt_stable - SP Page Builder Pro 3.0.2

Hope you can help on this. I have developed various sites using templates similar to lt_stable based on Helix3 and I have never had any real issues - but I did want to start using SP Page Builder, hoping this would help me make more attractive sites.

Hi Rita,

sorry, but we can support only 100% our templates. We cannot help if you bought/download and use template from different provider, even if it's based on Helix3 engine. And "LT Stable" it's not ours (!) .

Support Policy.

Ask ltheme support this time. Or use raw Helix3 or Helix Ultimate (both are free).

hi, sorry to contradict you - but Lt_stable is actually a Joomshaper template (of some years ago)
but the issue surely is not due to the template - I do know this template very well and if I make a site not using Page builder I do not have any of these problems.

Not true.
If you think so please share evidence (!) from template file: templateDetails.xml

If I would take free engine from your car, and build my own car. Whom car is Mine Or still Yours?

OHHH - sorry it was LT-Theme that uses Helix3 - my colleque did give me wrong info.
I peg your pardon :)

so in the meantime I have installed Helix Ultimate - and the toggler is working again in Mobile

Sometimes using raw Helix Ultimate is better than template that is based on it. I know our products, brands and compeition as well, so I am a good fighter. hahah
