Overlay doesn't work (anymore)

Hello,

please take a look at this website (under construction).
Thetop picture should contain an overlay, and it worked fine, till today.
I didn't install any other extensions.
In the attached image you can see the settings.

When you take a look at the source code, the url seems to have disappeared?

.sp-page-builder .page-content #section-id-1644851179670 > .sppb-row-overlay {
  background-image: url(/nieuw/);
  background-attachment: scroll; }

Do you know why this is happening?
It worked fine, now not anymore.

Joomla: 4.1.0
SP Pagebuilder: 3.8.3
