1. Check & compare .htaccess file content, especially if it's different hosting company.
2. Check Server Error logs in cPanel or by Hosting support - it will tell you more.
3. Compare PHP settings, maybe it's too high or too low PHP version, or something is missing.
4. For sure template is not guilty this time. I can bet and win.

Sorry, but this kind of help seems to be beyond Joomshaper support. Becuase our product works in your test environment. It can be anything.
