No Full Article Image In Luxyort Template

Hi Guys - it seens the Full Article Imate option isn't working for this template.
I've double checked in Articles / Options and it's enabled there.
I've noticed that there's a reference to helixultimate in the file templates/luxyort/html/layouts/joomla/content/full_image.php so I can only assume this is a setting within the template manager but can't, for the life of me, figure out where it is located.

Accepted AnswerPeter... did you ever get an explanation on this one? The support guys seem to never tell us 'what they did' to fix things when we give them auth access to the sites so no one ever learns how to be self sufficient! The day that they do this and the day when inline content-prepare is supported in their platforms is the day I will provide a review. Until such a time...
