Joomla Two Factor in the Global Configuration - I can Setup the Two Factor which is built in Joomla. Also, Images on the home page in the Simple portfolio are not displayed.

Thanks for the 2 factor. Please refer to the screen shots i have added. the Images in the Slide Show are not visible. I have check everything, and I have downloaded the images and reuploaded also. It still dosent work. This is w.r.t. the back ground images of the other modules as well. Kindly check.

Simple Slideshow is not an external tool we have installed. its part of the Template. We have not used anything extra. If so Please advise and we will do the needful. Similarly, We would want an alternat in your Tech and use that.

Hi there, Helix is Joomla template framework and it's free. Anyone can develop a template for sell or free service. Besides, Simple Slideshow is not our extension.

I am sorry Toufiq, I am writing in to you again here but I am not able to understand this - I agree Helix is used, but this is a Template with SP Page Builder in it which is licenced to my account with you. Also, We have never used anyother Template Service provider and that is why we are subscribing to your platform as we get the tech.

If you go and see the Template Description on the website, it carries Joomshaper. All ther other develeopment files, carry Joomshaper as a signature. So If we have not used any other provider, how will we use another tool ? Template ?

Ok Thanks - So Basically what you are saying is that Some One Picked up the Helic 3 Template, Developed a framework and Integrated Joomshaper Tools in it and sold it to me some time back. But How I still dont understand ?

Ok Never Mind, We have a Issue at hand, and that I need to address. Envaxo Technologies dosent exist any more. Can I request you to advise me which tool to use to replace Simple Portfolio please. Which can give me a good Look and feel, within your ecosystem or something that may be compatible with your environment. Also, how to uninstall the Simple Portfolio.

Ok I found out, they used to exist by the name of TemplateMesh.com whihc does not exist any more.

How to uninstall the Simple Portfolio.

Extension > Manage > Search > Simple Portfolio > Select all > click on Uninstall
