1. Are you able to install any other extension that have 3 MB of package ?
2. Can you switch to PHP 8.0.x by now
3. Install by using "Install from URL" tab
   Use FTP tool and Upload com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.5.zip to your server and put your domain name and filename https://mydomain.com/com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.5 then you should be able.

PHP 8.0 wil not help upload 3MB file, only PHP settings: upload_max_filesize = 4M

Hi, Back to the problem. I restaured the site and the data base from an older date and it's still impossible to access the administration of the site under SP Page Builder. All the items have disappeared. Our providor OVH doesn't allow to modify the php.ini file so its impossible to change any parameters. I tried to install the 3.8.5 version following your recommandation from "install from URL" but without any success. Error messages: connection error to 404 server. non valid URL Impossible to find the installation package I cannot work on the site anymore What can I do ? Rgds

Hi, I finally found a way to install the 3.8.5 version from "Install from the folder". I copied the zip file into components and it worked. Nethertheless, thanks for your help Rgds
